Sea, as you've never tasted it.

When cooking a seafood dish you always have to take care over the ingredients. And that’s exactly what we do when we select squid, prawns and octopus for our tasty seafood salad.

The same goes for the bream and hake that make a mouth-watering spread: we have to exceed our own expectations every day. And we do. Because we know that this is the way to reward your taste buds.

In these dishes there is a combination of many flavours and textures, all from the sea. And we know that to prepare a good seafood salad, the octopus needs to be treated in a certain way, and so do the prawns.

Lemon juice, real not artificial, crowns the dish. The same goes for the bream spread which combines Atlantic hake and bream in a mouth-watering product to be enjoyed on toast and canapés on any occasion.

Preparing these dishes requires care and attention especially in cleaning all the ingredients, as well as different cooking times to bring out the characteristics and different textures of each specific ingredient, in order to achieve a balance of flavours.

A seafood salad has to follow certain rules in order to be at its best, and the same applies to all other fish dishes such as bream mantecato (creamed bream). But recipes also need to grow, to be enriched. And we are good at doing this, innovating while respecting tradition.
